How big are Tribbles?
Our large TRIBBLES are approximately 8 inches long. Small TRIBBLES are about 3 inches in diameter, and keychain TRIBBLES are approximately 2.5 inches in diameter.
What batteries do Tribbles use?
Each large TRIBBLE comes with 2 AA batteries included. They’re fully ready to play! Once your TRIBBLE arrives, just open the velcro pouch, flip the switch on the mechanism inside, and enjoy the fun.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates vary based on number of items and destination. Continental U.S. orders via UPS start at $9.00, while non-continental-U.S. orders using USPS start at $18.00.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards and direct bank ACH withdrawals via the PayPal shopping cart linked from our site.
Is it safe to use my card on your website?
It’s 100% safe! Providing our customers with the best experience in the safest way possible is our number one priority. Our site is SSL encrypted, and payment processing is handled via PayPal’s secure system. No one at our facility has access to your card or bank data.
Why didn’t I receive confirmation after submitting my order?
After purchasing from TRIBBLE TOYS™ online, you should receive an email receipt from PayPal. Once your order is processed for shipping, you’ll receive an additional notification from UPS with your tracking number. (If your order is to be delivered outside the continental U.S. or to a PO box, USPS tracking information will be added to your PayPal order information.)
Can I add to, modify, or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You may be able to modify your order before it’s been invoiced for shipping and begun processing in our warehouse facility. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to locate or cancel your order after this point.
How are my items shipped? Do you ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes?
For most continental U.S. orders, we ship via UPS for tracking and insurance purposes. If your continental U.S. address is a PO box, APO, or FPO, we will instead ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Do you ship internationally?
For orders outside the continental U.S., we ship via the U.S. Postal Service. USPS will dispatch your order to U.S. Customs, then to your country’s customs agency, and finally to your country’s postal service.
From where will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our main TRIBBLE warehouse location in Los Angeles, CA.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most continental U.S. orders ship via UPS within a week after being placed, and should arrive within another week. Orders outside the continental U.S. require several steps (see above); travel time is subject to a variety of global conditions. USPS estimates that it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to some countries; however, in our experience, the delay is usually shorter. Your patience and understanding is appreciated!
Where is my order?
Thank you for your excitement! While we would love to have all orders shipped and delivered the next day, sometimes travel takes time. Both UPS and USPS do their best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please visit the applicable shipping service website using your tracking number to check your order’s expected delivery day.
Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated?
While we work as quickly as possible to ship all in-stock orders within 7 business days, carrier and/or processing delays can occur. Please feel free to CONTACT us if you’re concerned about your order status, and we’ll look into it!
What should I do if one of my items arrives damaged?
Though we package our shipments with a great amount of care to ensure your products arrive as safely as possible, accidents can still happen during shipping. Please contact our sales team through the CONTACT tab as soon as possible so we can arrange a prompt solution for you. Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 10 business days of receipt.
Where are your in-store locations?
While we don’t have dedicated brick-and-mortar stores, you can check the EVENTS tab for conventions at which we’ll be present.

Sorry, but we’re unable to offer individual internal TRIBBLE mechanisms for sale.
